Perfect for those Christmas nights as a winter warmer or add a drop into some prosecco for pink fizz!! 300g Blackberries, 2 Bramley apples peeled, cored and chopped, 1 litre of Rum, 300g sugar. Put all fruit into a sterilised jar and add sugar. Top jar up with the rum, seal and shake. Shake occasionally over the next week until the sugar has dissolved, then store in a dark corner for 3 months! Strain and bottle in time for Christmas! DRINK YOURSELF or use as a pressie. You can always use the leftover fruit in a crumble too!
